Hi, my name is Dennis

I am a former firefighter and paramedic who is now focused on stress management, transformation and self awareness. I combine Breathwork with Bodywork and Movement to help establish relationships between matter (the body) and energy (emotions), release stuck stuff and bring some bliss into lifes 😊

I offer:

private 1on1 and couple sessions
Workshops (3h, 5h, 1day)
Corporate events (Teambuilding, Leadership)
special workshops and interventions for first responders & medical staff (firefighters, police, paramedics, hospitals,...)

Transformational work and deep dives I only offer offline and hands-on in my studio in Solingen, Germany or mobile in your home.

Coaching/Consulting is available online as well.
