I am Berlin based breathwork facilitator and Co-Active life coach. During my time workin in the high paced tech startup scene in Berlin, I began searching for tools to regain a better balance in my life. To make sure I could maintain the standard of my work, without compromising on my wellbeing, my creativity and ultimately on my humanity.

This is when I found breathwork and began a deep exploration of this practice. And I love to pass this on through my work.

4. Join for a 3 month combined breathwork and coaching programme - limited spots each month, launching in February 2023. This is a deep dive into the power of breath - combining weekly breathwork sessions with inegration coaching sessions, and setting up a regular breathwork practice outside of the container. The structure and tools I use allow you to explore topics related to finding balance, tapping into your creativity and movig past narratives and fears which stop you from going after your goals.
